By submitting a request and using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Project Submission

All custom pieces begin with a submission through our form. You will be asked to provide details and reference images to help us understand your idea.

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance of the project

Review & Confirmation

After submission, we will review your request and follow up within 24–48 hours with:

  • Project confirmation

  • Timeline

  • Payment instructions

We reserve the right to decline projects that are not suitable for our process.

Payment

Full payment is required before any design work begins. An invoice will be sent once your project is confirmed. Production will not start until payment is completed.

Design Process (Co-creation)

Each piece is developed collaboratively.

  • We will create a 3D design based on your input

  • You may request adjustments during this stage

  • Minor refinements are included

Once you approve the design, it will move into production.

Revisions

Revisions are only available during the design phase.

After final approval:

  • No further changes can be made

  • The design is considered complete

Production

Production begins only after design approval.

Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of each piece:

  • Small variations may occur

  • Final results may differ slightly from digital previews

Refund Policy

Because each piece is custom-made:

  • A partial refund (up to 30%) may be considered only during early design stages

  • No refunds will be issued after design approval or once production begins

Intellectual Property

All designs created by MONO remain the intellectual property of MONO.

We reserve the right to:

  • Document

  • Share

  • Showcase completed work for portfolio or promotional use

If you prefer your project to remain private, please let us know in advance.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all materials you submit:

  • Do not violate copyright or intellectual property rights

  • Are authorized for use

We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from submitted content.

Communication

All project communication will be conducted via email unless otherwise agreed. Timely responses help ensure smooth progress and accurate delivery timelines.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of any changes.
