Each piece is made to order. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and revisions.

Once completed, your piece will be carefully packaged and shipped.

• International shipping: 7–14 business days

• Tracking will be provided once your order ships

Returns

Because each piece is custom-made, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction matters. Before production, we’ll work with you through a preview and refinement process to make sure everything feels right.

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
